Light Codes & Choice Vectors
My Pechakucha Santa Fe talk, presented on January 19 at Site Santa Fe.
The 20 slides x 20 seconds Pechakucha Santa Fe presentation to introduce light codes and the ancient lineages who still continue the traditions.
Thank you to Creative Santa Fe, Site Santa Fe, and the many folks who brought together the PechaKucha Santa Fe experience last week; and to the generous light code artists who gave permission to use their creative works in my presentation. 🙏
You can listen to the entire recording on the Pechakucha site, or read the transcript below.
I share with you my own medicine of how I’m reclaiming my authentic self - my cosmic being - and understanding the infinite capacity of humans through light codes. Just as Hawaiians say Aloha; Sikhs, Sat Nam; I greet you in the language of our souls.

This language has many names. It may feel familiar to you, because it transmits cosmic energy that we have forgotten. Light code is the visual representation of that energy, and transmits frequencies that free you.
We are experiencing phenomena globally. Consciousness is the new buzzword, and for good reason, because paradigms are changing as people’s understandings evolve to realize we are the creators we seek. Those who are balancing feminine energies are at the forefront of this transformation, rebirthing our core gift of creation.
Light codes interact with your energetic makeup and your breath moves the energy through your body. Bypassing your mind, it expands you beyond your defined identity so you can accelerate your evolutionary trajectory. It says hello with reverence, honoring your sacred being. As Jessica Eldenstjärna stated, “Light codes are like tuning forks to calibrate, heal and empower you.”
The Choice Vector I pose in this talk is an invitation to remind us where we are pointing our vector - the magnitude and direction of our life force. We have a choice to point this vector infused with energy that creates our next reality. Despite all the chaos of what we think is happening in the external, we are experiencing a leap in human evolution.
6 years ago, cosmic language flowed through me spontaneously. And let me tell you, an Ivy League education does not prepare you for this kind of experience. I began healing people with a touch or sound, and pulled trauma energies out of their physical body. I could do this remotely or in person; and often, without planning on it.
My days began feeling like this, and I had to quickly adjust to this new reality. Being Japanese helps: 空気を読む or ’reading the air’ is a term we use, and I understood the basics. Uniting with All That Is heightens your sensitivity and challenges your reality; ultimately challenging who you are. So my learning curve was steep.
Mind you, prior to this, I was facilitating high-level political delegations and educating financial and government institutions on impact investing and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. I missed the memo on Deconstruction of Identity 101 and Ancient Wisdom 333, so when these lessons entered my life, I rallied all my skills to understand this phenomenon.
Throughout history, our ancestors have left clues and carved paths so we may find our own way to realize this ‘Heaven on Earth’. A prophecy among the First Nations tells of the unification of the Condor - the heart of South America, and the Eagle - the mind of North America. You cannot find The Way with logic and words alone, but through full immersion of being.
When I realized I was uplifting people through frequencies, and learned that ancient healing practices also use this energy, I pointed my vector to gather intel. I found them in the beautiful expressions of wisdom celebrated in museums, the daily practices of a person's life, and the most powerful teachers around us: the animals, plants and elements.
We can find light codes in every culture and art form where the sacred connection is preserved. This is a Kené design of the Shipibo-Konibo women in the Peruvian Amazon. They create and sing energetic patterns experienced through plant medicines in shamanic practices; and are nationally recognized and respected for their healing powers.
This is another example, by Betty Muffler, an Aboriginal First Nation Ngangkari, or traditional doctor. Her art, along with many Aboriginal artists, depict their energetic understanding of the world. This particular painting carries energies that heal generations of trauma.
Many cultures practice self healing through movement, sound, and the elements, including the Native Americans. These are spaces called Peace Chambers built around the world, originating here in New Mexico by Joseph Rael, author of Being & Vibration*. Peace Chambers are spaces where one can reconnect with the vibrations of nature and find one's self. (*correction: he’s also author of Sound; and Being & Vibration)
I came across the research of Dr. Ibrahim Karim, an Egyptian scientist who has been researching light codes, which he’s trademarked as BioGeometry. He’s been harmonizing environmental frequencies in cities and homes to support health. His codes are used in Europe where governments are addressing EMF impacts on the mental and physical wellbeing, with positive results.
Right now, Hilma af Klint’s work is shaking the art world, challenging institutions to re-evaluate how they structure and define art. Hilma’s creations are light codes, co-created with spirit. In her will, Hilma instructed that her work not be shown until 20 years after her death, citing that the world would not be ready for them.
I, too, felt the world is not ready for transmissions of cosmic frequencies. And yet, I find them everywhere. There’s a rise in research on sound and frequencies, addressing challenges such as Alzheimers, Fibromyalgia, and major depression. You’re looking at a systems change map designed by The Consciousness and Healing Initiative touching nearly all sectors.
So why the mystery? Because communities, careers and reputations have been destroyed for speaking of energies others can’t see. So it’s not surprising that folks are living split lives between the spiritual and material - and that’s only if they’re still here with us. So I began a podcast to demystify and normalize it with practitioners all over the world.
How would you like to learn the art of listening to the wisdom of silence and opening up to medicine that’s free and comes from within you? Many sisters are bringing back the sacred into ceremonies; those of us who are finding our cosmic lineage are doing so through light codes and voice - in creative, joyful and non-traditional ways.
When one finds self love, the incredible depth and richness of our unique makeup emerges. Americans can actualize their national motto: e pluribus unum. I’m still learning to balance that rainbow flood I feel from all of you, but I’m starting to see how we can, together, sing and weave a beautiful, trust-filled future.
Each one of us has a super power born out of an experience that brought us closer to love and changed our reality. New discoveries will shift our understanding of what is. The indigenous people knew how to communicate with nature. Those who needed proof created the fields of science. The unification of the two will bring us to wholeness. In the meantime, get curious.
