I had the pleasure of sharing Sarah A’ryana’s journey into light language and spiritual path on my podcast last November. It had a beautiful, cascading effect where she was inspired to do a series on “Embracing the Unknown” for her audience during these turbulent times - and what a gift!

We’re all going through transformation of some sort. And these interviews are not only for the audience but for ourselves as well.

In re-listening to mine and watching her first interview with Bethany Adams, who is raising a star child, they’re reminding me of staying in that frequency that allows me to flow more gracefully through these changes while also allowing my mind to do its thing.
